What skills and experience we're looking for
• At least two years’ experience in an Early Years setting in a primary or nursery school
• A sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and how young children learn and develop
• The expertise and enthusiasm required to deliver creative teaching and learning
• A passion for learning and high expectations for themselves and their pupils
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to form positive partnerships with parents and to work effectively as part of a team member
• NNEB or equivalent (minimum Level 3), along with passes in GCSE Maths & English
