Crynodeb
Training Information: Training for this role is on a full-time basis and lasts between 6 and 8 weeks. The classroom element of the training is Monday to Friday for 2 weeks, with mentorship taking place working shifts with experienced staff taking live calls. Candidates must ensure that they are able to commit to this training IN FULL, as no annual leave can be taken whilst in training. Training courses are currently planned throughout 2026 at venues across the North West. Specific dates will be discussed with successful candidates once any offer of employment is made. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a simulated telephone assessment which will take place over Teams W/C 5th January 2026 Successful candidates from the first stage will then be invited to a F2F interview W/C 12th January 2026 Please note that if you are not available to attend any part of the process on the dates above, further dates will not be offered as part of this recruitment.
