We are looking to appoint a
Full Time Family Support Worker
An exciting opportunity awaits a Family Support Worker who is passionate about working as part of the leadership team to secure the best outcomes for our young people and families and change lives. We look forward to welcoming someone who is passionate and dedicated to the role, but at the same time has a healthy awareness to secure a good work life balance. In return, we can offer you a positive, caring work environment, where the Senior Leadership Team pay high regard to staff wellbeing. The children and staff at MVFS are welcoming, supportive and no two days are the same. We are incredibly proud of the provision we offer children and families and the life changing impact we have. Ultimately, if you are passionate about wholistic child development, children feeling safe, ensuring children have their needs met, feel happy, supported and valued, then we welcome a discussion or visit to the school. The farm and outdoors are embedded and an integral feature of the school provision, and it is imperative that this is championed and supported by all staff.
We are an independent primary school for children with SEMH and C&I needs. Further information about the school and a job description can be found on our website.
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience, starting at £30,784 per annum.
We encourage and welcome you to look around or spend time at school prior to applying, but acknowledge due to the school holidays this may be difficult to arrange. As part of the selection process you will get time to spend in school.
