Junior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out & Concrete Frame Projects
Location: Leytonstone (until Christmas) / Shoreditch (from January)
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (flexible hours available)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team working on both fit-out and concrete frame projects. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with cost management, preparing valuations, and supporting project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. You will gain exposure to both fit-out and concrete frame works, providing a solid foundation for your professional growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organised Junior Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in construction cost control, procurement, and contract management. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential to thrive in this role.
