Legal Cashier - Norwich
A Solicitors practice in Norwich is looking to recruit a Legal Cashier to their accounts team .
The firm is a multi service law firm who provide a range of legal services to both businesses and individuals and are rightly seen to be one of the most prestigious legal practices in the East Anglia area.
The successful candidate will be tasked with performing a range of duties including:-
- Daily reconciliation of the firms office and client accounts
- Dealing with incoming money and allocating appropriately
- Dealing with payments out such as BACS and Chaps payments
- Preparing financial reports and statements for review by senior management
- Providing support to fee-earners/secretaries on all accounting queries
- Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and other regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a legal cashier position previously and will have a good understanding of the SRA accounts rules.
