Experienced IFA Administrator
This is a unique opportunity to join a business and grow with it!
Right now, our client is looking to hire an experienced IFA administrator to work closely with them and their clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to client enquiries.
- General client administration.
- Reconciling fee income.
- Processing investment and pension applications.
- Developing tasks and workflows within the back-office system to improve efficiency.
- Attending client meetings.
Over the next 12 months, the right candidate will become integral to the business and help shape their own future career. A dedicated and proven candidate can choose to develop the role into an Office Management role as our client expands, or study to become a Paraplanner and eventually an Adviser one day.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is vital, as they require someone who can hit the ground running.
You will also need to be:
- Trustworthy.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Presentable.
- Dependable.
- Have knowledge of the Intelligent Office CRM (or similar).
- Have a good understanding of investment and compliance processes.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office.
The role will be mainly office based, with the flexibility to work hybrid when required.
