About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals live fulfilling lives. You'll work across different environments, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs. No two days are the same - you might be assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, or supporting community activities.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting with meal preparation and medication
Encouraging social engagement and meaningful routines
Assisting with mobility and wheelchair use when needed
Helping individuals develop skills and confidence

Willingness to learn and adapt to different support settings
Ability to work as part of a team and follow person-centred plans
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins

Shift Patterns:
Day shifts typically run between 7:00am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:00pm, with sleep-ins as required

If you're looking for a rewarding role where every day brings something new, we'd love to hear from you!

What We're Looking For

We're seeking Support Workers who are:

- Reliable and patient, with a calm and empathetic approach

- Detail-oriented, especially around routines and consistency

- Team players, who communicate well and work collaboratively

- Flexible and proactive, ready to adapt to different needs

- Confident drivers with an automatic licence

Experience in care is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
