Summary

This is not a 'normal' support worker role!

What makes this job ‘not normal’?

Now I’ve weeded out the people who won’t fit let’s talk about the people who WILL fit.
I am looking for a travelling employment support worker who

• Enjoys ‘support work’ but wants a new and exciting challenge where you’re
not hovered over by management.
• Is a blunt, direct communicator; prepared to be a bit pushy when needed.
• Can drive long distances, be away from home frequently, staying in hotels for several days at a time.
• Is comfortable in their own space and can fill their time effectively.
• Excels in a job where the ‘norm’ isn’t standard.
• Can lug items of equipment about without a fuss.
• Is able to handle sometimes-stressful situations without batting an eyelid.
• Neurodivergent applicants welcome
