Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Self-Employed Care & Support Worker to join our growing team, providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals across London.
Essential Requirements:
• Valid enhanced DBS
• Own public liability insurance
• CQC registration (as an individual provider or part of a registered service)
• Experience administering medication
• Experience providing personal care
• Experience working with children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
• Reliability, professionalism and empathy
• Ability to work as part of a team
Responsibilities Include:
• Providing safe, respectful and person-centred care
• Administering medication in line with care plans
• Delivering personal care with dignity and sensitivity
• Supporting children with SEND in community settings
• Accurate record-keeping and communication with families/professionals
