Summary
Behaviour Mentor – Dagenham
Pay: £100–£130 per day
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support students in Dagenham. You will work closely with young people to help them manage behaviour, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support students with behavioural, social, and emotional needs.
Implement strategies to improve behaviour and engagement.
Work alongside teachers and support staff to create a safe, structured learning environment.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Encourage positive relationships and self‑management skills.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, ideally in education or mentoring.
Understanding of behaviour management strategies and interventions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, or mentoring are desirable but not essential.
