Summary
We are a small engineering company specialising in sewage and drainage pumping equipment (established 28 years). Following the very recent retirement of a key member of our staff, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual. Reporting to our Service Manager, the successful applicant will possess excellent computer skills as well as being proficient in both written and spoken English as well as maths.
In addition to the above detailed role(s), the position will further encompass the correlation of all of our customer's sites and information, currently recorded across 7 different computer programmes and hard filing systems, into one ongoing computerised system. And the regular updating of our e-commerce websites (including new additions of our legally binding service contracts).
You must be physically fit and capable of lifting submersible pumps weighing upto 25kG. Also able to operate a forklift on occasion, although full training will be given.
Hours - Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00
£13/hr to start, although rapid advancement should be possible following the initial training period.
