Trentham House Care Home is a warm and welcoming home dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Day Care Assistant with at least 1 year nursing care home experience to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Day Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines, promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. You’ll work as part of a caring and professional team to ensure residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care.
Your main duties will include:
Assisting residents with personal care, dressing, and hygiene needs
Supporting residents during mealtimes and activities
Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care records
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and management to deliver quality care
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Kind, patient, and dedicated to providing outstanding care
A great team player with good communication skills
Reliable and committed to making a positive difference
Experience in nursing care of 12 months.
