An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate, confident, and forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a thriving independent practice as a dedicated Consulting Nurse. This part-time position is ideal for an RVN who thrives on client interaction, enjoys autonomy within their role, and is eager to shape and grow nurse-led services within a highly respected hospital environment.

Working 30 hours per week—structured as 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday—this role offers outstanding work–life balance and could suit those looking to work within school-friendly hours. Alternative arrangements may be discussed for the right candidate.

The successful Consulting Nurse will play a pivotal role in championing preventative healthcare, supporting clients, and providing continuity for patients with long-term or chronic conditions. Backed by an experienced Head Nurse team, they will be instrumental in developing and expanding a diverse range of nurse-led clinics, including:
• Weight Management Clinics
• Senior Pet & Geriatric Consultations
• Post-Operative Checks & Suture Removals
• Chronic Disease Management
(e.g., diabetic monitoring, arthritis support)
• Laser Therapy Treatments
• Parasite Prevention Consultations
• Dental Checks & Preventative Oral Health Advice
• Puppy & Kitten Wellness Consults & Socialisation Support
• Vaccination Appointments
• Nutrition & Dietary Counselling
