We are a specialist recruitment agency currently partnering with a respected fire safety and compliance consultancy who are expanding their team in the Leeds area. They are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support their growing client base across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

  
  

• Produce clear, detailed, and compliant FRA reports.

  
  

• Provide practical advice and recommendations to clients on fire safety measures and legislation.

  
  

• Liaise with stakeholders including property managers, landlords, and health & safety teams.

  
  

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations, British Standards, and industry best practice.

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Fire Risk Assessor (minimum 1–2 years ideally).

    
    

  • Relevant fire safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Fire, FDIS, IFSM, IFE, or equivalent).

    
    

  • Strong understanding of current UK fire safety legislation.

    
    

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across West Yorkshire.
