Summary
Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
Salary: Up to £32,200
40 hours per week
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s fun and nurturing nursery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for children, while maintaining a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery setting.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong understanding of child development and early education principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field

Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate the children
- Supervise and support the nursery room staff in their daily tasks, providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children, taking into account their individual needs and abilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other nursery staff and management to ensure the overall success of the nursery
