We are currently recruiting Recycling Loaders to join a busy and growing waste management team in Dursley. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting and loading recycling materials onto collection vehicles
Working as part of a crew to complete daily routes efficiently
Ensuring all recycling is handled safely and correctly
Providing excellent service to the local community
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and physically fit
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to work well within a team
No experience required – full training provided
