What you’ll do:

- Support young people’s emotional and physical wellbeing, including personal care.
- Be a positive role model and promote independence.
- Get involved in fun, active pursuits like football, fishing, and outdoor adventures.
- Help take children to and from school and activities using company vehicles.
- Keep accurate records and help maintain a warm, supportive home.

What you’ll need:

- A caring nature, resilience, and great communication.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting young people with transport to school, appointments, and activities.
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).
- No experience needed — just passion, patience, and commitment!
