Hours: 7.4 hours per day, 5 Times a week
Provision Recruitment, part of the Operam Education Group, is working in partnership with a leading Further Education College based in London to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable Electrical Installation Lecturer.
We are looking for an individual with strong industry experience and a commitment to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching to learners across a range of levels, typically up to Level 3. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of Electrical Installation professionals.
The Role:
Delivering both theory and practical sessions in Electrical Installation
Teach across a variety of levels (Entry to Level 3)
Develop engaging lesson plans and resources
Track and support learner progress
Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop and classroom environment
✅ What We're Looking For:
A recognised qualification in Electrical Installation (minimum Level 3)
Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one
Previous teaching or training experience in an Education setting is desirable
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A genuine passion for educating the next generation of Electricians
