Summary
To provide pastoral care through, for example, visitation, counselling and prayer. The role is vital in ensuring that the church is reaching out to and discipling young people and adults within the local community as well as coordinating our outreach programmes to the homeless, Prisons, Nursing Homes and the vulnerables within the community.
