We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor Credit & Returns Assistant working within an Automotive car dealership in the Leatherhead area.
Our client is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor Credit & Returns Assistant to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

- Tech Know-How: Strong computer literacy, with experience using automotive DMS systems (Pinnacle experience is a plus, but not essential).
- Parts Expertise: Solid knowledge of the automotive parts sector, ideally gained in a dealership setting.
- Phone Skills: A friendly and professional telephone manner that keeps customers coming back.
- Team Player Vibes: A strong sense of camaraderie and a can-do attitude that lifts the whole team.
As a Parts Advisor Credit & Returns Assistant for our client, you will be vital to the business’s success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts.
You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop.
The salary for this Parts Advisor Credit & Returns Assistant position is up to £35,000 with an OTE of £37,000.
Hours of work in this role are 42.5 hours per week.
