What You’ll Need

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience working within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong medication management skills with a confident, safe approach.
  • Ability to lead a team during night shifts.
  • Experience supporting residents with varying clinical and dementia needs.
  • Confidence managing night-time clinical decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care throughout the night.
  • Lead the night team to maintain a calm, reassuring environment for residents.
  • Administer, manage, and audit medications with confidence and accuracy.
  • Monitor residents’ clinical needs and respond quickly and effectively to any changes.
  • Keep detailed, accurate care and medication records.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to residents with dignity and respect.
