Your new role
As Team Leader, you'll play a key role in managing and supporting a local project team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Progressing and tracking referrals into the service.
- Completing needs and risk assessments.
- Providing advice and information to clients to enable positive outcomes.
- Assisting the Service Manager with operational management and staff supervision.
This role involves frequent travel across Wiltshire, so flexibility and mobility are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and the ability to respond to concerns appropriately.
- Experience working with Travelling Communities or lived experience of the community is highly desirable.
