Summary

We're looking for a Plant Administrator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in Norwich.



Location: Norwich - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As Plant Administrator, you will be working in our shared services plant admin team across our Anglian Water IMDS, IMR and IOS contracts to oversee the procurement of hired plant equipment for site.

Your day to day will include:

-Dealing with verbal and written requests for plant.

-Maintaining accurate information and records including servicing queries

-Provide weekly reports on plant status

-Maintaining procedures and processes vital for the efficient and effective operations of the Solutions Delivery Team

-Establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key as you ensure timely on and off-hires of equipment.

What are we looking for?

This role of Plant Administrator is great for you if you hold:

-Experience working within an office/ depot environment in a similar role

-You can work under pressure and tight deadlines.

-Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
