Thank you for your interest in the Finance Partner role at Bosco Catholic Education Trust.
This position is key to supporting the central trust and our schools by strengthening financial understanding, improving performance, and identifying opportunities to manage tight budgets. You will work closely with Business Managers and finance teams to build collaborative relationships and provide critical support.
The Trust is growing rapidly, currently 15 schools, with 3 more joining in the coming months and 15 planned thereafter. As the central finance team expands to meet the needs of the expanding trust, flexibility and credibility will be essential. Based at our Burgess Hill office, the role involves travel across Sussex. While advertised as full-time, we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Beyond qualifications, we value individuals who share our ethos, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and are committed to supporting vibrant, high-achieving school communities.
Your contribution will be vital to the Trust’s growth and to helping our schools deliver the best outcomes for our children. We invest in and celebrate our staff, so if this rewarding challenge excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
