Crynodeb
The post holder will: Support the day to day coordination and operational delivery of the RASS service, helping to ensure clinics and activities run smoothly and that the team can respond appropriately in a fast-moving and sometimes unpredictable environment. Work collaboratively with the RASS Service Manager, Lead Nurse, Clinical Lead, administrators and wider clinical services team to contribute to safe, effective delivery and a positive team culture across both RASS and ABC. Provide operational support to clinical and administrative team members, including assisting with clinic scheduling, rota coordination, maintaining up to date SOPs and ensuring key processes are followed. Help ensure that service activities are culturally informed, trauma aware and aligned with the needs of refugees and asylum seekers. Support preparedness for new arrivals, ensuring stock, medical kits and practical resources are maintained, and highlighting any risks or gaps to the Service Manager. Liaise with internal and external partners under the direction of the Service Manager, helping to promote equitable access to health and care for refugees and asylum seekers. Work with central systems and digital teams as required, supporting the implementation of effective and innovative ways of working in line with ABCs values. Assist in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel teams, general practice, the Home Office, UKHSA, councils and voluntary sector partners, recognising the impact of wider determinants of health. Support data collection, reporting and monitoring, contributing to high quality information that demonstrates performance, activity, and progress against KPIs. Work with the Quality team, Service Manager, Lead Nurse and Clinical Lead, Communications team to support appropriate responses to incidents, contribute to safeguarding procedures and promote a learning culture across the service.
