Crynodeb
This is a great opportunity to join the newly formed Central Fraud Team (CFT), an annex to SEOCID, (the Serious Economic, Organised Crime and International Directorate) within the Casework Directorate at CPS.
The CFT will be the centre of excellence responsible for prosecuting low/medium complexity Fraud casework in both the Magistrates Court and Crown Court.
Building a central fraud team will enable us to work in partnership with investigators to combat ever-evolving economic crime types and protect the public.
We will achieve this by making high-quality legal decisions, working proactively with stakeholders and operating as a strong centre of excellence that supports each other’s success.
The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales.
