Your new role
Asa Finance Business Partner, working fully on-site, you will act as a trusted advisor to the plantleadership team, providing strategic insight and challenging assumptions todrive performance and sustainable growth. Reporting to the UK OperationsFinance Manager, you will partner with operational leaders, translate financialdata into actionable plans, and support investment decisions. The role involvesleading the development of performance plans, budgets, and forecasts, as wellas collaborating with management to identify opportunities for improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Tosucceed in this role, you will need to hold an ACA, ACCA, or CIMAqualification, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and have a proven trackrecord of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is theability to work collaboratively, challenge assumptions, and propose innovativesolutions.
