About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to join our primary school team in Bradford. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running, safety, and upkeep of our school site.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a variety of duties relating to the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
- Promote and ensure the health and safety of all staff, pupils, and visitors.
- Take responsibility for all matters relating to school site oversight and maintenance.
- Keep up to date with Health & Safety legislation and requirements.
- Maintain the security of the premises, working closely with the Headteacher.
- Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of the school team.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
- Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
