This will include, but not limited to: Assist chef with food preparationIndependently prepare hot meals/sandwiches for residentsLoad and unload dishwasher, wash up equipment unsuitable for dishwasherClean kitchen and equipmentCollect and distribute crockery from/to the care floorsClear tea trolleys where applicableEmpty kitchen rubbish and keep areas clear of refuseMaintain a clean and hygienic environmentCarry out reasonable requests, as instructed by the Senior Chef/ChefEnsure that the nutritional needs of residents are metEnsure compliance with the Health & Safety Policy and RegulationsAre you looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference?
