With a strong and stable senior management team, ongoing training, and clear pathways for professional development, this is an excellent environment for an experienced manager OR a strong deputy looking for their first Registered Manager role. The organisation has a great track record with regulatory bodies, currently holding “outstanding” rating for well led, and good in all other areas providing peace of mind to future applicants.

About the Role
As Registered Care Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and developing Supported Living & Community services across Birmingham
Ensuring services meet and exceed CQC standards, maintaining dignity, independence, and choice for citizens
Managing and motivating staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery across dispersed teams
Working in partnership with families, professionals, and local authorities to deliver personalised care and support plans
Upholding the organisation’s values while promoting innovation, inclusion, and independence
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in social care, ideally with 3+ years in a management role (Deputy or Manager level)
Qualified to NVQ/Diploma Level 5
Knowledgeable about learning disabilities, supported living, and CQC regulations
A confident, positive leader with excellent communication skills
Flexible and resilient, with a real passion for delivering outstanding care
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
