CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a well-established FMCG organisation, seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity offering genuine scope to influence decision-making and drive profitability across the business.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Work closely with the commercial team to deliver clear, accurate costing and margin analysis that underpins tender activity and pricing decisions.
• Play a key role in shaping customer profitability strategies and supporting informed commercial negotiations.
• Provide insightful scenario modelling and financial guidance to senior stakeholders, enabling robust decision-making.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, regular forecasting cycles, and timely management reporting.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process enhancements.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong commercial acumen.
• Previous experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to ERP systems such as SAP Business One advantageous.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge at all levels.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
