We're looking for a Central Services Assistant to join the team on a part time basis (Three days per week).
Responsibilities
• Complete a range of activity relating to the onboarding of new Clients, co-ordinating and gathering data, liaising directly with the Client to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
• Process user access requests in line with SLA's and securely
• Maintain the Customer Portal, adding articles as required. Signpost portal feedback to the relevant Team
• Facilitate Client communications, sending in line with agreed timescales via the Customer Relationship Management system
• Undertake a range of tasks associated with the billing process, completing to the agreed timetable, liaising with internal teams, third parties and customers as required, using the appropriate systems and providing support to the Finance lead as required.
• Manage and monitor own workload within the Customer Relationship Management system to ensure deadlines and SLAs are consistently met, appropriately checking data before submission and providing responses that are in line with customer service standards
• Develop good working relationships with internal and external customers through telephone and e-mail via the Customer Relationship Management System, always displaying appropriate behaviours.
• Have a can-do approach and use initiative to suggest improvements to procedures, systems and service that promotes efficiency and customer focus
About You
• Evidence of numeracy and literacy qualifications
• Experience of delivering customer facing services
• Experience of working to deadlines
• Transactional processing
• Experience of using a Client Relationship Management system
• Operational Finance/HR/Payroll knowledge
