Achieve4All is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team, delivering high-quality wraparound care in an OFSTED registered setting at Copplestone Primary School.
Role overview:
As a Play Worker with Achieve4All, you will deliver engaging and varied sessions in an after-school club setting. You will inspire children to enjoy play and creativity in a calm and relaxed environment at the end of the school day. You will work as part of a supportive and collaborative team, with the option to work up to 5 days per week or fewer, depending on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
- Deliver sessions in line with the Achieve4All philosophy, ensuring every child has a positive experience.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times, in accordance with OFSTED standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality provision.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children (essential).
- A relevant playwork or childcare qualification (preferred).
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives.
Training provided:
Achieve4All is committed to supporting your professional development. We provide full training in safeguarding and first aid for all staff who do not already hold these certificates. This, along with our ongoing support, ensures you are fully equipped to deliver safe, high-quality sessions and meet all regulatory and OFSTED requirements.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £13.00–£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 to 15 per week (option to work up to 5 days per week or fewer)
Note: Due to continuing growth, there may be opportunities for additional hours
