Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily posts, improving SEO, and running effective online advertising campaigns.
You will oversee our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Google My Business, Website content, SEO strategy, and Google Ads, ensuring consistent branding and strong digital performance.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and update company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and other platforms
Plan and schedule regular posts to increase engagement and brand awareness
Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content
Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly
Content Creation
Write high-quality, relevant content for social media, website, and blogs
Develop creative campaign ideas and promotional content
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and marketing goals
Website & SEO
Update website content regularly (news, services, blogs)
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities
Improve ranking on Google search results
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Google My Business
Maintain and update GMB profile
Post updates, photos, promotions, and service descriptions
Handle customer reviews and improve online reputation
Google Ads & Paid Marketing
Create, monitor, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Manage social media paid ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Analyse performance results and adjust strategies for best ROI
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse performance metrics across all platforms
Generate monthly reports on engagement, reach, SEO ranking, and ad performance
Suggest improvements based on data insights
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong content writing and communication skills
Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media algorithms
Ability to create graphics and use tools such as Canva or Photoshop
Experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
