  • Fitting and repairing internal and external doors, including door frames and locks.
  • Completing splice repairs and general locksmith tasks.
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining bathroom sub-floors, bath panels, and frameworks.
  • Undertaking kitchen repairs and refits, including units, worktops, and frameworks.

  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)

Benefits:

  • Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
  • 28 days per year, rising to 31 after three years, plus bank holidays.
  • Generous paid leave options, including enhanced maternity pay and partner support.
  • Employer-matched pension, health cash plan, and life assurance.
  • Confidential counselling, legal and financial advice, and well being programmes.

If you've previously worked in the social housing environment and meet the requirements listed, we'd be happy to hear from you.
