Are you passionate about sport and love working with children?
Active8 Minds is looking for a Lead Coach to join our energetic team and bring sport to life for young people.
If you’re upbeat, organised and ready to be a role model, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll be doing

Planning and delivering fun, inclusive sports sessions for children.
Leading from the front and motivating both children and support staff.
Ensuring all sessions are safe, engaging and well-prepared with the right equipment.
Keeping professional standards high – communicating confidently with parents and staff.
Monitoring safeguarding and reporting any concerns in line with our policies.
Making sure every child leaves with a smile and a love of sport!
What we’re looking for

A strong background in sports coaching with experience mentoring individuals or teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, compassionate approach – you can stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
Ability to inspire and motivate children to be their best.
Relevant sports coaching certification (or willingness to gain this).
