Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes or in a care facility.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as full training and support will be given.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and procedures.
