Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Care Assistant (Nights) to join our team at Croft Care Home, DE15.
At Croft Care Home, we offer care and support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. Our home provides bright, spacious accommodation designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents. We are a forward-thinking company and supportive team focused on improving the quality of life for all through person-centred care and support.

Position Details:
•Rate of Pay: In line with the national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ Levels 2 and 3
•Hours: 3 nights per week. We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays.
•Shift Times: 21:30 - 07:30
•Location: Burton on Trent, DE15 (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying)

Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will:

•Ability to work effectively as part of a team
