We are looking for a Regional Catering Manager to join the team to cover our sites in Scotland and the Northeast of England.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our growing business to support and develop each site to deliver exceptional and consistent standards of service.
We can offer a competitive salary, a flexible base with regular travel across sites. There will be no evening work although we may need you to work the very occasional weekend to meet operational needs.
The Role
Reporting to the Catering Director you be responsible for the development of our brand, business growth and profit.
What you will be doing as a Regional Catering Manager?
Contribute and development Catering Business plan and implement within each site.
Oversee the delivery of quality food offer in restaurants and coffee shops in their region.
Ensure customer service remains the focus of all staff through feedback, training and development.
You will be responsible for ensuring budgets are met and profits achieved for each site.
Supporting all Restaurants with EHO/Cook safe and Health & Safety requirements.
Be responsible for the Allergen information and Food Safety Manuals in terms of updates and training delivery.
Ensure effective and sufficient staffing is available to operate all sites efficiently.
Manage and audit, all sites in aspects of presentation, quality and cleanliness in a consistent manner.
Assist in the recruitment and coaching of catering staff.
Develop training and development requirements for catering staff and organise delivery to ensure standards and quality are increased and maintained.
Develop effective methods to gather customer feedback to increase responsiveness to needs and loyalty.
Manage all aspects of customer complaints including food quality investigations.

Experience of multi-site catering in relevant catering environment.
