Provide a Consultant delivered service in the Critical Care department Assist the Critical Care Outreach Team with care of critically ill patients on general wards Participate in the dedicated intensive care on-call rota Participate in the departments monthly morbidity and mortality We want to provide outstanding, safe patient care, and a positive working culture. This is why we ask you to: Comply with GMC guidance, clinical risk management processes and infection control policies Audit your clinical outcomes, report clinical incidents and alert the trust to risk Foster good team relationships Communicate effectively with all other departments, GPs and other hospitals, to ensure continuous care for each patient.
