We're looking for an Estates Data Analyst who will ensure accurate, timely, and insightful compliance and asset data management to support operational excellence and client assurance.Role Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update asset data within Concept CAFM (MRI Evolution) ensuring accuracy and traceability.

-Extract and compile compliance data from systems such as Bolster (Fire) and Zetasafe (Water).

-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compliance performance, audit findings, and risk trends.

-Support monthly and quarterly compliance reporting for internal governance and client assurance.

-Identify data gaps and inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions.

-Assist in preparing evidence for audits and regulatory inspections.

-Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

Main Duties:
-What We're Looking For:

-Essential:
-Proven experience in data analysis and reporting (minimum 2 years).

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

-Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Concept/MRI Evolution) and compliance platforms.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-High attention to detail and accuracy.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong communication and organisational skills.

-Desirable:
-Experience in healthcare or PFI environment.

-Understanding of statutory compliance requirements (HTMs, HBNs, NHS PAM).

-Familiarity with fire and water compliance systems (Bolster, Zetasafe).

-Knowledge of SQL or scripting for data manipulation.

-Knowledge of statistical techniques to measure results and show key trends.

-Ability to work under pressure to challenging timelines whilst prioritising effectively.

-Highly motivated, self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and developing others as data champions.
