We’re searching for a passionate Senior Watersports Senior Instructor to join our watersports team and help create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages. If you love the outdoors and want to make a real impact, then join us.
As a Senior Instructor, you will bring experience and guidance to our Watersports team throughout the season. This position requires excellent motivational skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for the sport. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Watersports Manager in delivering well-balanced and inclusive activities and courses, both on-water and shore-based, to a diverse range of users, in order to achieve the stated aims and objectives of the Charity.
The role of an RYA Senior Instructor (SI) involves managing sailing courses and teams, overseeing on-water sessions, and mentoring instructors. Additionally, you will assist with fleet and centre maintenance to ensure the timely delivery of the Programme.
