About the role:
Join our friendly, local team supporting older adults to live safely and happily in their own homes. You’ll provide person-centred support—helping with daily routines, offering companionship, and making a real difference in your community.
What you’ll do:
- Visit clients at home across Chelmsford and nearby areas
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) and mobility support
- Provide medication prompts, hydration and nutrition support
- Meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping
- Offer companionship, conversation, and accompany to appointments
- Update simple care notes and report any concerns promptly
What we’re looking for:
- Caring, reliable and respectful—no previous care experience required (full training provided)
- Good communication and professional boundaries
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
- Able to work alternate weekends and some evenings
- Right to work in the UK
- Willing to complete an enhanced DBS check (company-assisted)
