Your role will include:-
Respond to client support requests, ensuring timely acknowledgement and resolution
Proactively monitor data platform performance, identifying and escalating potential issues
Support basic data quality checks and validation processes to ensure platform accuracy
Collaborate with Data Engineers and BI Developers to investigate and resolve technical issues
Assist the delivery team with testing of newly built data platforms
Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, and standard processes
Learn and apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance
Stay current with emerging trends in data warehousing, BI, and AI technologies through structured learning
Training
Data Analyst Level 4:
Ideal for new talent in the organisation with an active interest in data or existing staff taking on a more data centric role or Junior/aspiring Data Analysts working in any industry or sector.
Our Data Analyst apprenticeship programme integrates six modules of technical training with work based projects. This ensures that learning and skills are directly applied to the apprentice’s role, and maximises the time used as part of off-the-job training.

SQL and Data Modelling
Exploring Data Science using Python and R
Data Challenge workshop
Online development sessions (Optional)An apprenticeship has to be relevant to the job you are undertaking and you must dedicate 20% of your time towards it.
Qualifications required
GCSE Maths, English and Science Grade 4/c or above in each
Skills required
Basic understanding of data concepts (what databases are, how data is structured)
Comfortable using computers and learning new technical applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data manipulation
Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
Ability to follow technical documentation and standard processes
Basic troubleshooting skills and methodical approach to problem-solving
Good team-working, interpersonal, presentation, written, listening & verbal communication skills.
This role is an entry-level role so we will provide full training and on-the-job support.
Prospects
