Summary
Regional firm are looking to add to their busy litigation team. Suitable candidates will be qualified solicitors in the region of 2-5 years pqe.
You will independently deal with a mixed case load of general commercial litigation expertise which will ideally include breach of contract claims; shareholder and partnership, breaches of company administration requirements and directors’ duties; breach of confidence; intellectual property; information technology; professional negligence and fraud.
