About The Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with SEND? This is a rewarding opportunity to lead by example, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on care planning, behaviour support strategies, and health & safety risk assessments
- Deliver and monitor high-quality personal care tailored to individual needs
- Provide staff supervision and training
- Act as deputy to the Team Leader
- Maintain accurate records using approved systems
- Administer medication and delegated healthcare tasks
- Promote dignity, respect, and inclusion
- Safeguard resident wellbeing and report concerns
- Support residents in educational, social, and community activities
- Champion effective communication across teams and families
- Embed positive behaviour support strategies
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy
