Crynodeb
Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for providing effective and dedicated administrative support within the Student Experience department. You will support the coordination, facilitation and tracking of activities and processes specific to the department, gather data for reporting and analysis and aid in the administration of induction planning across the college.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will hold a SCQF Level 6 and have experience of working in a professional office environment. You should have excellent customer service and communication skills and a high standard of digital literacy and accuracy. Experience of working in an academic setting would be advantageous.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £25,875 - £27,431 per annum, pro rata. Plus Islands Allowance if based at Stornoway
Location: Any UHI North, West & Hebrides campus
Working Hours: 21 hours, Permanent
