The Trustees wish to appoint an outstanding educationalist to lead this highly successful school, due to the retirement of the current Headteacher. This Headship presents an exceptional opportunity for a visionary, empathetic and determined leader to work with a talented, professional and caring staff to continue to provide an academically challenging, vibrant and enjoyable education for future generations of students.
Caistor Grammar School is a very popular school with 694 students on roll including 162 in the sixth form. The school was judged ‘Good’ in its most recent Ofsted inspection 2022 and was ranked the top state Secondary School in 2025 in the East Midlands (Sunday Times Parent Power) and named the East Midlands state Secondary School of the Decade 2021. Examination results at GCSE and A level consistently place the school amongst the top 150 schools in the country.
