What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a dedicated FS2 Class Teacher to deliver a rich, play‑based curriculum aligned to the EYFS framework. You will create an engaging environment indoors and outdoors, use assessment to drive progress, and work closely with families and colleagues to support each child’s development.
What We’re Looking For
• QTS and recent, successful experience in EYFS (Reception).
• Strong knowledge of early reading/phonics and early maths pedagogy.
• Proven ability to assess, record and plan impactful next steps (including EYFS Profile).
• Commitment to inclusive practice and early intervention for SEND/EAL/PP.
• A reflective, collaborative practitioner who builds excellent relationships with children and families.
