As a Project Management Office (PMO) Support Officer in our Health Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality Lifecycle, Capital, and Minor Works projects. You’ll support project managers by managing change control notices (CCNs), ensuring data accuracy, and keeping projects organised and compliant – all contributing to safe, efficient, and effective delivery for our customers.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Manage change control notices (CCNs) and ensure they’re tracked and processed correctly.
- Use Excel to maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards that provide visibility of live and pipeline projects.
- Organise works and coordinate with project managers to keep programmes on track.
- Obtain and manage quotes from contractors, supporting procurement and financial reconciliation.
- Deliver monthly summary reports and liaise with finance partners to ensure alignment between SAP and project positions.
- Arrange stakeholder meetings, workshops, and programme review boards.

- Strong organisational skills, with a methodical approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems, ideally supporting Hard Facilities Management (FM) projects.
- Clear communication skills – verbal, written, and online – with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting (desirable).
